Health and Counseling Services will be utilizing the Patient Portal for scheduling ALL Health Services appointments and Counseling Services Telehealth Intake Sessions. Students who wish to initiate a counseling intake must be located in South or North Carolina. Students will schedule their telemental health intake and complete all counseling intake forms in the portal. Students who wish to initiate a Health Services phone appointment will schedule their phone appointment and complete the REQUIRED COVID-19 Screening in the portal. Once you have completed the screening, a nurse will be contacting you within the next 30 to 45 minutes.
